I want something similar to a Maloof rocking chair, but without the rockers, just normal legs to be stable. I want to keep everything else, like the laid back bent and the size, but I don't know what to do to keep it stable. What would you recommend? Is there a chair or the blueprints to build something like this?

What you need are called “stretchers”

My apologies, I wasn't clear enough. By "stable" I mean not falling back. Since the top rail of this model is too tall and out of the center of gravity, I fear a person can fall back by resting their back on the chair slat.

To keep the chair from falling backward you likely want a design similar to an Adirondack chair.
