I just fill em back up with compressed air with a rubber tipped blow nozzle in the spray tip hole. Works like a charm.

If it is the female type you can usually take a small drill bit and extract the broken part of the spray tip and put a new/used tip back on... (Always keep your decent used spray tips off of cans) If it is the aforementioned male stem version that breaks off you pretty much have to drain the can into something else to use it... For me its usually an old sun cooked can of ether so it gets thrown in the burn barrel for a big boom.
