Get yourself a set of dental picks off e-bay. A few of them should be smooth and rounded. Use those to pop those suckers out. Maybe try brushing your teeth more and having better oral hygiene.

Just get one of pic. A glass of salt water(I like sea salt) and a flashlight. All you need. You might want to smooth the edges of the monoject because sometimes they're sharp. Also scrape your disgusting tongue.

A small flashlight in one hand, and that pick in the other, and coax them out. You'll do some gagging, and it will take a few times, because they get lined up behind each other sometimes. Oh lord. I had almost forgotten about these nasty fucks. Had them in my youth from time to time, but luckily not for long now.My diet was very likely better than today, but maybe I unconsciously skipped a specific ingredient since moving out. Hm.. I definitely skipped smoking, at least on a daily basis. Good luck getting rid of them.
