Well first you gotta have oil in your back yard.
>>
>>2958544
Actually first you need a back yard
>tfw apartment cuck
>>
Not sure exactly how oil works as I don't live in an oil producing area, but you probably better make sure you own the mineral rights to your land too before you go and put an oil well in...

>>

How are you even gonna sell the crude oil?
>>
>>2958608
No no forget about the oil gosh zoomers are so coddled with no ill intents.
>own property with vast barren land
>find oil with engineer
>geologist or civil engineer
>found oil now hire investors
>make a big speculation that in that well
>you could easily hit x amound of cubic meters for fracking.
>investors get source and fund money from big corps
>well
>DDay comes moment of truth
>lease the land under a contract with money upfront and closed negotiations for year round operation
>before even drilling the oil
>now
>take the money and run !!!!!!!
>rinse and repeat.
Make sure you have a very strong lawyer at your side.
>>

>do you need permission of an oil company
you need permission from the mineral rights owner(s), assuming you are in the US, there may also be other state laws about accessing the land to get the oil if you do not have surface rights, usually mineral rights trumps surface rights. The lil pump jack and limited power means oil has to be shallow. Pumps generally mean the reservoir is under pressured otherwise the oil would flow out under its own pressure, or blow out if you did not have adequate control.
>>

>hire investors
what? you hire employees or contractors, investors give you their money for a piece of the business.

>How are you even gonna sell the crude oil?
if there is oil there is a whole network of people for the industry and obviously others are producing and selling oil. Oil comes in lots of different form some is like gasoline already, some is like tar and best used for asphalt and asphalt like products like roofing tar or make into shingles.

Makes more sense just to run them on the natural gas from pumping

Panel charges a battery for a while. The display pump runs for a few minutes depleting the battery. Or it runs a very light duty motor just to make it move slowly. It's not actually pumping anything, there is no well head or any pump shaft.

I would also like to know. I think I have two properties but I remember for sure that one comes with mineral rights but it is only half an acre so that’s weird. There are other pumps in the area (Ks.) the property I am not sure of the rights has helium under it. Another half an acre.
>>
You'll also need to check with your local permitting authority. They need to regulate people drilling on their land to keep idiots from fucking up water tables or contaminating groundwater.

What country do you live in? That's not even bad enough English for you to be from the south
