My wife and I had those in a five light fixture for a kitchen. I hated those little metal T posts I'm glad they're all but extinct now. Never ever put these in and get rid of any that you have to replace with LEDs

The great thing is you don't have to worry about them with the LEDs overheating the space they're in so you don't have to do a complicated Heat box or even a power load calculation is the amount they add is minuscule unless you're adding 100
