Don't listen to >>2961591 you can just use a needle and thread, with an embroidery hoop and you'll get good results with time.

YouTube has good tutorials on embroidery and patch makeing.

Some tips for getting started.

>get good embroidery floss

>you can do most of it with back-stitch

>get a bigger hoop than you think you'd need

>split your floss to vary thickness.
