especially in my backyard im on 2 acres of land at approximately 20,000 meter deep of core soil.

I have a group of investors ready to make the jump at any given time the only thing stopping me is not having the skill and materials to build the equipment to hit wells

what's stopping you is the part about needing to drill before you need a pump

bro lol
>20,000 meter deep
A depth of 20,000 meters (roughly 65,600 feet) is nearly double the depth of the deepest known point in Earth's ocean, the Challenger Deep in the Mariana Trench, which is approximately 10,994 to 11,000 meters (roughly 36,000 feet) deep. Such depths are generally found in fictional settings or theoretical scenarios, such as in the anime/manga

do you have the mineral rights?

you're not digging 20 km with hand built equipment. in midwestern us most drills would be damaged beyond function by geothermal heat before ~15 km

as >>2982959 asked do you have mineral rights for the oil? are you even sure there is oil to be drilled? oil is whats known as a migratory resource, someone two states over could have claim on that oil.

if you're serious about producing energy you're better off using your property for a solar farm. its more cost effective at your scale and if you work with your local power company will probably be less of a regulatory hell.

canadian style spring pole drills have good reputation, lifting material with air is handy for unknown particulate sizes and keeps the moving parts in a serviceable location, air lift pumps and good knees. the two brands i have heard about are lufkin and lacy air balance i think they are still the names to watch. i imagine there is tons of good stuff still on the covid engineering blogs, some really cool diy stuff came out of those like oxygen concentrators for improving torch efficiency.

Good luck.
