Silicone a piece to the back side. Silicone a piece most of the way up the front of the holes but leave space to fill. Fill them with either CA glue mixed with particulate cement or baking soda, or fill it with ABS plastic melted down with acetone, or straight on epoxy. Sand it smooth.
