Would you fix this wall yourself? He says it's fine, those are structural prickly pears.
>>2985568>Would you fix this wall yourself?yea probably, but I'd also call the boomer a faggot retard and hammer him relentlessly on the price. Make sure to leverage the engineering/inspections/permitting costs. Him and his fat dipshit buddies on their 8th divorce all lobbied for that shit so that no one else could build just so they could maintain their property value. Take their short sighted gate keeping fuckery and make it pay off for you at their expense.
>>2985572Upon further inspection, this shit is most definitely NOT bussin. That's ready to tip over and take out a fucking power line.
>>2985573im gonna hire a meth head to steal a fire engine and just blow all that dirt away
i am in the same position, i dumped a bunch of dirt on part of it but still have some exposed footer, thinking about repointing maybe some expanding foam. alternatively i have been testing a net system to change the slope from negative to positive increasing plant growth and water permeation. i staple wood risers to the middle of saftey net bigger holes the better plastic, tall enough to make the hill into a right triangle, every three feet then landscape staples both ends like a taco to the high side fill with a few rocks fling loose dirt on top in a few months i have weeds
>>2985759i have seen some show where the excavate under the wall put a large steel plate on the ground a bottle jack and a large steel plate along the foot jack to height and concrete the plates and jack in place, might want to. look into the compression strength of foam or foam composite because the steel plates were huge and trying to move them might put it outside of weekend warrior ability.
>>2985761foam jacking is done on driveways maybe you could create a temporary retaining wall/form with helical tierods then fill cavity with expanding foam. it looks like your fighting erosion of many small particles, but a block of foam is more of a monolith
>>2985762>yourdid you mean you're?
