it's Germany. the phase bus bar colours give it away, nowhere else uses green and yellow as phase colours.Germany used violet, green and yellow for phase colours in at least the 70s/80s which this gear looks from.the last bus looks black in the picutre, but it is most likely violet, just bad lighting.
