There's that, but I was thinking more about walking around a job site barefooted in general. You could step on something like a board with a nail in it, or a discarded saw/utility blade. But there's also the fact that he's walking around on framing lumber and that's a good way to get a massive splinter in the sole of your foot.

Not wearing a shirt, fine whatever. Maybe it's really hot. But working construction barefooted is just immensely stupid.
