Like this? Quick gen'd this--hanging, hanging breasts, monkey bars, legs together. No CN or inpainting. There's some problems: it can be hard to control whether she's hanging on the bar, or ahead of it (and supporting her weight on her arms, gymnast-style), the details around the bar could be better, there's a little confusion around her feet (SD seems to understand the correct way her legs should be pointing, but not necessarily the shape of left vs. right), and a little of hair isn't pulled like it should be, but her breasts look largely correct. Tanlines aren't correct, but that's surprising, I doubt there's much reference artwork with upside hanging breasts combined with accurate bikini tanlines. Getting a correct-looking posture came down to a lot of playing around with aspect ratio.

Easiest solution would probably be inpainting or using a controlnet reference.

What model are you using? Danbooru character count tags are inclusive, not exclusive (for instance an image with 3 girls and 1 guy will have the 3girls tag even though there are 4 character). e621 tags are the opposite, it uses "solo" for only images with 1 character, duo for 2, and trio for 3. So if you're using a model that knows e621 tags, "trio" controls the character count better than 3girls.

Meanwhile, I've been messing with a second detailing pass by rendering the latent image, upscaling, re-encoding, and doing a second KSampler. Give the third girl something non-kissing to do, like looking at viewer and/or a smile. Just in case it's bias from the checkpoint thinking she shouldn't be left out. Then adjust the regions. Red and blue will naturally lean towards each other for the kiss and so green will end up taking more space, you have to give her a chunk of blue's region so that she doesn't lean into the kissing prompt zone.

That's one of the tricks, you're not actually controlling composition with regional. You have to see the compositions you're getting with your current prompt, then adapt the regions accordingly to fit where the girls will be. Which is why lately I prefer to combine it with a super weak controlnet and fix their positions in place.

no experience with doing regional prompting but guessing its the same as with inpainting, you can just blob it roughly in the shape of what you're trying to edit and get good results (basically always better than auto detection imo, just not automation maxxing like with batch gens+adetailer)

t2i test prompt > batch gen to fish seed randomness > fix fingers if necessary in mspaint or adetailer > batch hiresfix at low to mid denoise to fish the best.

hiresfix and brute force will fix everything.

I'll try neo again like it worked but shit looked off compared to reforge. My issue was across the board on stuff none of them could make checkpoint merge worked it crashed them all. And it was more annoying cause the style I was using was some shit mix model that I can't even re-create because of that, and was not only there and being used but also literally doesn't exist cause it's not in my folder for models somehow

I've tried Pony stuff before and was never happy with the results. I used to be a staunch supporter of Prefect Illustrious but these days I'm going with Nova Anime XL. The latter seems to do better with mimicking official art styles and 2D cel shading.

In theory also artists exclusive to Rule34 or Derpibooru. Deuce comes to mind. But since most are hashed you don't know how to prompt them, at most you'll have an easier time training their lora.
Photorealistic merges, it already has decent knowledge here. By the time you push illustrious into proper photorealism it is left completely lobotomized.

Compared to illustrious it also gets e621 concepts, and a few artists. If you use noobAI instead of illustrious that advantage goes away.

my main ones are wai illu (obv), perfectdeliberate, and illustrij.

i have hyphoria, ilustmix and plant milk walnut that i use sometimes just for something a little different but will probably rotate them out for other checkpoints if i find any others i like that add a fresh style to generations and not just the generic anime girl with shiny skin

Pony would still probably be a solid option if they didn't hide artist styles behind those stupid hashes. That was the main reason I switched to Illustrious over Pony, the ease of combining styles without having to find/bake LORAs.

If the pink hand happens in an image like this one >>3023195 then it's because the model doesn't understand the context of the image as being an unusual purple-tinted sunset. You can try increasing the "crop_factor" to show it more of the image it is working on. Does make the inpaint take much longer though, and might mess up anatomy same as when genning in too high resolution.

Seams around the bounding box are usually prevented by the "feather" option, which blends in more of the original image near the edges. But if it's a full square you might have enabled the "bbox_fill" option, I have no idea what that's for other than causing a square-shaped seam, clearly it fills the whole bounding box with...something. Can also happen if your crop_factor is down to the minimum 1.0, then the model doesn't see anything of the surrounding image and just obeys your prompt without further context.

If they suddenly started appearing my guess is you changed a setting at random. You can re-run an older gen if you suspect an external cause, see if you get the same result as before.

I can tell in three minutes that an inpaint is not working out and try something else, usually a manual edit. That is where time adds up, if I start making bigger changes like removing clutter from the background, fixing object permanence, moving one of her arms to a different position, etc.

Picking full strength prompt artist or x, which is 0.4-0.95, then it picks anywhere from 3-6 of those. Once it's done and browse through gens at styles for ones that look good, take them and run them for a while and tune out artists or adjust for what I want out of it either adjusting strength, dropping artists etc. It's all just experimentation.

There's really no rule to this as different loras have different inherent strengths -- some I keep as low as 0.4 and they'll still overwhelm the image while some I'll put above 1 and the effect is still minimal

That's true it does vary. I guess more specifically I don't want something that overrules a more grainy, VHS-quality style screencap with too much excess "quality" (and yes I'm skipping the usual quality tags), while still not leaving behind anatomical issues to fix. Perhaps too much to ask?

That's a pretty nonstandard posture by the sounds of it; a lot of models tend to mess up anything but the most standard "girl on couch", so I'm not surprised that sitting upside-down on said couch in a specific posture (as opposed to, say, head on the cushions) would cause problems. A CN makes things a lot easier, but even then, you're going to run into problems like navel confusion or the AI unsurprisingly not understanding what underboob tanlines should look like. I genned a few of her with a bikini top, and they had other problems, but they were okay otherwise.

I'd humbly submit 'Yumiko' (or possibly 'Toriko' if you want something a little more boyish). Whenever someone asks for a generic name and doesn't have a theme in mind, ending with '-ko' is a pretty surefire way for hitting "Japanese girl's name."

I have https://github.com/catboxanon/comfyui_stealth_pnginfo which writes out the whole workflow and then Forgefags piss themselves trying to read it, and this https://github.com/nkchocoai/ComfyUI-SaveImageWithMetaData which saves a nice summary but only into EXIF it seems.

Then again, yours seems to skip the workflow entirely so you won't be able to load it.
