Patreon has been fucked on and off since last year
Fanbox too and Fanbox just banned 400+ accounts who uploaded their session IDs on Kemono
Kemono is doomed, if you like to pirate there's only F95Zone but only the most popular creators get uploaded there weekly/monthly
If you have peculiar tastes, your best bet is Unifans and Baraag because even Subscribestar bans those kind of shit since late last year
