Yes it still behaves like tags in the end, but like millions of tags with two or three images each because there was no standardization in how things should be captioned. You can take a look at the LAION dataset, it's free. The end result is that it's impossible to predict if the model will understand something or not, except by searching through the laion captions for occurences. That's also how all the photorealism and mainstream SFW fags prompt on SDXL. They do not have boorus.
