Beta is literally the only scheduler that works with it.

And for samplers I think euler can work but it just pulls out some really blurry images so ER SDE is pretty much the only one.

Which ones do you use? I'm eager to know because I've been locked into that combination since I thought it was the only one that worked at all. But if you use a different combination, please tell me so I can at least experiment a bit

You can just prompt both of them normally. They will mix differently than back on SDXL, but then prompt scheduling like this will also mix differently.

I'm not sure about your syntax because the colon could be interfering with the full [thing|thing:steps]. You may need escape characters like [@artist1\:x|@artist2\:y:z], but good luck testing that. It could even parse differently on Forge and Comfy. Maybe just leave out the X strengths entirely and do the simplest [@artist1|@artist2].

The workflow I'm using has the prompt scheduling node but I'm not entirely sure what that means or does desu. Looking at the post you linked, some have one colon, others have two colons, e.g.
