Seconding this. I've been taking 60mg of Dexamphetamines each morning prescribed for Narcolepsy type two recently I've never been skinnier. Sometimes I'll just get so caught up doing stuff I'll forget to eat anything until the evening, it just straight up turns off your hunger in high doses. I'm sure anybody could fake their way into an adhd diagnoses these days with no issues, even then the price of script stimulants is pennies. Middle schoolers talk a little too loud one time and turn into pharmacies.

Coffee like another anon said, I think wine and black coffee are the best at supressing appetite. But then again alcohol has a lot of calories in it.
But I went from about ~25BMI to ~22BMI in just about 2-3 months with the help of black coffee and a bit of wine instead of eating.

Used to shill the green Apple and tea instead of breakfast in here.

Do you just use teabags or an actual tea pot?

I usually pour a cup of hot water into the tea pot, pour it all out 2 mins later into the same cup and set it aside to cool, in case I need more caffeine later.
Then I completely fill the tea pot with hot water, let it sit for about 10-15 mins with the top open and serve.
Last run sits for about an hour or two with the top closed to keep the temperature longer.

pretty good, as I stated on another post, im 6.3 and half and im at 140lb, 136lb day of my scouting. Ideally you should be skinny enough as a man to see your clavicular bones. In european unites id be 191cm 60kg, 55kg the day of my scouting.

Best tip for men is just not eating and smoking cigarettes + coffee. If you can take peptides it also helps a lot, id consider any CJC derivative or Retatrutide, ozempic will kill your facial structure and will bloat you up for a while.

It's certainly doable if you have the willpower.
But I'd recommend going on a 300 to 500 cal deficit and progressing from that.
Otherwise there's a good chance you'll quit midway or pig out after the 3 months.

If you start off with too big of a restriction your body might try save energy wherever possible instead of burning the excess fat.

When I started my deficit, last September I believe it was, I aimed for around a 500 deficit from my TDEE which I calculated at around 1800-1900, I steadily lost weight went from 90+ kg down to 58kg but have plateaued at that for last few months (got sloppy with my restriction desu). I've just started a new deficit for next few months going for similar figure now 800-900 cal a day to try and shed that last few kg of fat(I need to restrict by 32,000cal to loose 4-5kg, in theory) But I'm used to restricting so it shouldn't be too hard for me. I hated myself when i was skinny because i had no curves and now i think i've gone too far i want to lose weight but the "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels" mantra is such a lie. I've spent years counting calories and being 51kg for 170cm and when i started eating more to gain curves life became so much better. Food tastes much better than being skinny, it's incredible. I'm not fat per say but i'm 68kg and i hate not having a flat stomach anymore. Thankfully i gained boobs and ass too but i'll be honest i miss my long skinny legs and my waist. No stretch marks and no cellulite though (well i have subtle stretch marks on my knees from growing up quickly but nothing to do with weight)

I'm an actual foodie, have had jobs as a cook, and still cook as a hobby. I've had some truly mind blowing dinning experiences but nothing out there tastes or feels so good to eat that it's worth your looks and health. But this is a brain chemistry/genetic thing, I'm lucky in that I don't have any issues with addictiveness and self control or just eating a small piece of something and being satisfied. But the trade off seems to be that I'm way more miserable and apathetic about life than what most other people seem to be.

I'll just tell you what worked for me. I tried to eat maintenance calories and if I overate i didn't compensate. I used to never feel full so I ate more protein and high volume foods. You should probably do the opposite. High calorie foods that are high in fat (no slop) are good to. Maybe snack on some seeds during the day? I think once you get used to maintenance calories you can phase out the calories dense foods and eat what you eat normally (but in higher amounts). Also keep in mind that you are unique and your tdee may be different from what you calculated (bmr is usually accurate). It also differs from day to day.

The old classics, all food must be prepared and plated even if it is just an apple, cutting food Into small pieces, mashing it around the plate, removing small amounts at a time and hiding in napkin/opaque cups/mugs, feining sickness, drinking large quantities of water before a meal. I'm sure more will come back to me during the week. It's going to be a challenge as when I was a teenager I could just throw a massive strop and go to bed and it wasn't unusual for me to spend days on end bed rotting. I love my parents and don't want to hurt them but they don't understand how this makes me and how much food stresses me out. I may just have to cut my losses and have a maintenance week but the thought of that upsets me greatly.

Yeah the hypocrisy is real. If I choose not to eat I have a mental disorder but they will readily prescribe an appetite suppressant to anyone who wants it. I even know someone with terminal brain cancer they have prescribed it to.
