Depending on the type of silk, it can be very slippery to sew and work with, so some variation in the hem and corners is normal, especially if it's machine stitched on a larger hem. An experienced tailor will def achieve more consistency, but in my experience, the size of the hem is the bigger indicator of quality over matching corners. Small rolled hems is what you normally find on vintage scarves. Picrel a few random silk scarves I just pulled out for comparison, all have very small rolled hems with some corner variation.
