>>18525387Ariat Heritage Ropers are the best affordable boot I know for that. Lucchese also makes some gorgeous ones but they're Lucchese so they're godawful expensive and don't really fit me. Personally I like plainer boots too but I don't care about stitching on the shafts since it's always covered by jeans.

Really though it comes down to your individual feet and the specific brand and model, and there's really no substitute for just trying things on.
