I use a beard trimmer with the nostril trimming attachment. Most include this attachment but you might be able to buy it separately

I use the philips 5000 nose hair trimmer, it was like 30 bucks. it also comes with guards to trim your eyebrow hairs.
I also use some cheap scissors with rounded ends sometimes.

Honestly it is but takes forever and occasionally pull a really sensitive one. Mine can get like OP’s picture every 3 weeks but they are blonde so I finally got an electric trimmer. Game changer.

I use an electric trimmer to shorten it out of view. You shouldn't really pluck or wax because the hair stops you getting sick.

This is complete bullshit if you pick a singular hair, but if you use wax or a trimmer, I could see this happening, nose hair is your main air filter, after all.

The probability of an infection is probably low enough that an individual, especially one who practices decent hygiene, will probably never face a problem. This is the issue with anecdotal evidence vs wide studies. There are documented cases of minor infections, usually resulting in things like annoying pimples inside your nose, but your circulatory system does connect this part of your face to your brain, so you're one misfortune away from a lethal brain infection.
Not saying it's gonna happen, but it seems like a fairly stupid risk to take. They sell nose hair clippers that are much safer.
