I got these shoe a couple years ago but I can't find a leather belt online or in store that matches it. It's a "Cognac" colour I guess.

Close enough, you just need something similar and if you're not happy with the match a burgundy polish on the shoes can help get the tinting closer.

Get some Blake stitched or Goodyear welted shoes from them or any other decent shoe maker as well, the Florsheims soles will separate just from age after a certain point. Practice taking care of and shining that pair you already have until that point and you'll be able to maintain a decent pair for possibly decades depending on how much you use them.
