Honestly OP you're looking for the cross section of wiggerish, vaporwaveish, weebish in terms of fashion style. There have gotta be tons of creators of this kinda shit on Instagram. Search hashtags, like fuckin #sadworld or whatever demoralizing monosyllables they can squash together to sound contrite and epic. Search that on Instagram.
