Thought these Skechers looked good and dropped $100 on them only to go home and find out Skechers are actually ugly and everyone hates them now.

Well, I mean, you bought slip ins that have fake laces on them. So when you bought them you weren't really maximizing for aesthetics, were you? You were trying to get shoes that you could easily slip on and off, and you've succeeded. Nothing necessarily wrong with that, comfort is good. But no one's going to be like "wow fashionable shoes bro"

These shoes are the ubiquitous 40 year old dad shoe at this point...
They remind me of 40 year old divorced dads with fat, tatted calves, going to see 17 year old girls perform Slipknot covers in Sacramento, CA.
Probably owns a French bulldog or something, with its shit and wet grass giving the sole a distinct hue.

I posted these in a couple threads. I'm in my early 30s now and hate having to tie and untie my shoes, especially if they're boots or hi tops.

Do people actually hate them? I don't think they're /fa/, but they just look like regular people shoes. I think you might care if you were a kid or college student.

Remember when people thought new balances and asics were dad shoes? What about crocs? Now zoomers wear them.

Zoomers are going to start wearing Merrell hiking shoes. You read it here first. Gorpcore is not dead yet, and it's going to intersect with ironic dad fashion.

Also, take into consideration the insatiable zoomer need to appeal rugged/masculine, and the rich still wearing REI type clothing.

people already talked about this being a thing 6 months ago
it was a complete nonstarter
people are wearing salomon's cause they look cool, poop colored merrells aren't it
they give cargo shorts aspie vibes

Imagine taking advice from a dude who looks like that.

Would be funny to see zoomers wearing Saint John’s Bay.

They're pretty mid, but I don't think they're going to make or break a fit

Tie your shoes you lazy fuck. You’d realky rather walked around in boomer clown shoes than tie your shoes before going out???

Maybe it's just me but there are times I've gone years without having to tie my shoes, I've actually forgotten how to tie my shoes sometimes because it's been so long without me doing it. I just slip them on and off. They are normal shoes, not slip ons with laces. I have no idea what you are doing.

this looks like something an actual toddler would wear
>>

id wear them. I think the fashion redpill is to stop giving a shit about what other people wear and just use your own judgment.
