looking for an alternative to ANESSA Perfect UV Sunscreen Mild Milk

i like everything about it except it burns my skin :(

it's hard to find a light, matte chemical sunscreen. i don't want the "dewy" look.

i've tried this and it left a sheen too.
also tried round lab, torriden, d'alba, skin1004, joseon, biore uv. d'alba is probably the nicest but again, shiny.
skin aqua isn't bad, but has a fragrance i don't want.

Maybe you are doing something wrong in your routine. This was invisible on me, left no residue or layer. Even tends to dry me out. It was recommended a few times in previous threads as well for this specific reason.

Guess you could go through youtube reviews where they apply sunscreens and show their face after 30 minutes or whatever
>>
>>18542789
Use the non-mild version? Also, there are a lot of fake Anessas.
>>
>>18542787
Tret and the like are effectively banned anyways in EU. No derms want to write a prescription for it.
Why? Big skincare. They are just a big part of the economy.
Same thing is happening in South Korea. Try getting tret over there.

It’s shady as fuck.
>>
>>18542809
Same in Japan.
>>
how do i stop "chud lines" showing up on my face? im only 22, not fat, wear sunscreen, moisturise at least twice a week, drink enough water and get 8+ hours of sleep. im also developing bags under my eyes.
is it just over?
>>
>>18542833
Stop coming to 4chan unironically. It destroys you mentally and physically.
>>
>>18542833
Sleep during the night rather than sleeping in. Also, many people have had nasal folks. It’s just that meme absolutely shamed people for having them. Also eat bananas.
>>
>>18542842
but i like this site. the only boards i frequent are /lit/ and /wsg/
its nice not needing an account or having post history or similar bullshit

>>18542861
i start work at 6, a sleep in for me is about 8am lol. i go to bed at about 9pm

What are the best things we have for fighting aging right now? I'm using sunscreen and tretinoin at the moment, is there anything else I should add?
>>
>>18542871
5ar inhibitors, T blockers, estrogen, according to femboys.

I'm 21 and I'm starting to notice nasolabial folds on my face. What products can I use to avoid wrinkles if anything? Right now my skincare routine is just cleaner + moisturizer
>>
>>18543350
Tretinoin. Tazarotene.
Sunscreen.

Nasolabial folds will need botox or fillers though.
>>

I live in Ireland and I found an online derm that writes perscriptions. She gave me a perscription for it two months ago.

glutathione iv or oral
>>

It's about retinol, not tret
https://www.skinacea.com/retinoids/types-of-retinoids.html
>>
>>18542787
I'm in Greece and I buy tret as a gel for 4 euro, no prescription.
I also get tazarotene but that's more expensive.

Btw been using tazarotene daily past few days and losing so much skin it's insane.
>>
>>18543565
I'm trying to order some taz, do you prefer it to tret?
>>
>>18543567
Not sure what either did for me. I haven't seen any significant difference (few years of tret and one tub of tazarotene).
>>
How many times a week does tret need to be applied to maintain anti aging? I use it on my face 4 nights a week. Is this enough or do I need to apply it more?

Any reccs on what I should use for my hands? I work in a hospital and have to constantly sanitize my hands with alcohol or wipes and it's fucking my skin up.
Would Cerave Hand Repair be alright or is there something stronger/better?

it's not too bad
break it into pieces and make small incremental positive changes over time
trying to make a major shift in your lifestyle probably won't stick
building good habits pays out over time

also should have mentioned semiannual dental cleaning from a dental hygienist and an annual checkup with the dentist
>>
>>18543732
get gloves like these: https://a.co/d/6lyTBw2

wash then moisturize. some other options below.
my personal favorite is "slugging". i'll use a normal moisturizer like cerave daily, then i'll put a layer of aquaphor over the top, then gloves.
all before bed.

Aquaphor Healing Ointment
CeraVe Healing Ointment
LRP Cicaplast Hand Repair Cream
Eucerin Advanced Repair Hand Cream
>>
>>18543711
4 is probably good, but i go for every night occasionally taking one night breaks to focus on moisturizing.
what strength are you using? lowering down may help. higher strengths is only really beneficial for acne. 0.025% cream is still good. ultimately do what your skin can tolerate. damaging your skin barrier does more harm than good.

Yes, we know that, anon.

If anyone cares, having switched back to shampoo recently, I've noticed improvements in my hair, which is ~4 inches long. The semi-frizziness helps with the look I'm going for tho
>>

And yet people on Europe, Korea, and Japan have healthier skin on average.
Have you considered those reddit posts about the magic of tretinoin/adapalen/tazarotene are just ads? So that you ask your doctor for a prescription.
>>
Is it always a choice between looking young and having high testosterone? It can't be both. You decide between being a femboy or high t man. All those products contain hormones disrupting chemicals, also sun it's essential for you.
>>
>>18543871
More restrictions around a lot of other things than most other countries actually.
