>turn 30 >lifestyle doesn't change >gain weight How can I lose the belly fat brothers? My expensive clothes don't fit anymore. I sold a bunch of stuff already I can't fit into
>>18543094Go keto for a few months. It's generally the most effective way for men.
>>18543094Start lifting weights.
>>18543095whats the "explain me like im a complete retard" guide into keto?
>>18543130Lovebirds.
>>18543094Stop eating like a pig you fat fuck. You're not 20 anymore. Your metabolism and lifestyle are not the same. You don't need the same amount of calories or the same kind of diet you had in your teenage and early 20s. So change your diet and eat according to your lifestyle and body's needs.
>>18543148>>18543148oh it gets better, the dude has an entire rag-doll family now. Thank god for the auto-dub because this dude is worse than most robots from R9Khttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_TVlVCkVU4A
>>18543094I slowly got fat from 25 to 30. At 30 I dieted back to my university weight. It has nothing to do with your metabolism or age it's that you eat like shit and don't exercise and aren't admitting it
>>18543229It obviously does. Nothing has changed except my age. I'm the same physical level as before and eating the same
Jump ropeJust starting doing some jump rope first thing in the morning
>>18543236Metabolism doesn't slow down enough for it to matter unless you're talking 15 to 65. Some habits changed, your energy levels maybe changed and you move less because of that.Just diet you fucking fat fuck, and work out.
>>18543229If you are metabolically fucked, it doesn’t matter if you eat 1000 calories per day you winner get in shape. You need to address your metabolism first and foremost and once you are reliably healthy then you can eat well and get shredded.
>>18543384this. ie maybe in university you walked to class but now you drive to work. Even if you have the same lifting routine and diet you're burning 300 calories, meaning you're slowly getting fat
>>18543094You want real advice?First off start counting your calories. Get an app like Cronometer and learn to use it. You’ll realize how much fat and how little protein a lot of shit you’re eating has. You’ll think twice once you know that burger and fries slop has 1200 kcal. Then start fixing your diet accordingly. Cook at home when possible and generally eat well.Next step is exercise, obviously. Get a health tracker and start working out. You don’t have to do 2h gym drills. Something like 5x20-30min/week is more than just good. Now the hardest part: changing your habits. You might have gotten used to overeating. Learn to stop eating when you’re full. You might crave sugar and cheap carbs. Learn to control yourself. Don’t drink as much (or any) alcohol. Avoid soft drinks. Take the bike to work. And so on and so forth. There is absolutely no other way. Do it differently and you’ll get your weight back in no time. Funny thing is: you probably did all those things in your youth (except for calorie counting and no alcohol obviously) and they used to be fun or at least normal.
>>18543094At one point, if you don't want to get fat, you have to limit yourself to 1 to 2 meals a day. People who are fit in their 40s and 50s have a perfect diet and they are like 10% of their age group at best.
>>18543094Sleep more and protect your liver.
>>18543456not OP but thanks, anon.
>>18543094Same position as you OP but my weight is going down. The best way to do it is to get into jogging. Running 10 kilometers will burn 700-800 calories. Do that multiple times a week and you will easily give yourself enough room to eat until you feel full. Maybe some people can just watch their diet, but I suspect most people doing that only shave a couple hundred calories a day off, and then ruin it by cheating once a week. Easier just to make sure that your daily energy expenditure is around 3000. Jogging is easy and you can go as slow as you want. How many calories you burn depends overwhelmingly on distance ran rather than speed.

>>18543456>Learn to stop eating when you’re fullNo, you aren't supposed to eat until you're full. That will just keep expanding your appetite, and how you end up becoming a gluttonous fatfuck. You're supposed to eat until you're 3/4ths full. The rest of the space in your stomach is for your digestive juices, water and gasses. Don't get in the habit of expanding your stomach beyond its default size. That's how I have remained thin and lean throughout my life and cause envy in everyone around me.
