It also sucks, because global warming = September is no longer for layering up, apparently. Scarves, cardigans, chunky ass sweaters, corduroy and tweed are my whole fucking vibe, and pretty soon I'm going to start stubbornly wearing them regardless of whether or not it's still 80 fucking degrees out.

>>18545434Some people can pull it off better than others. Context also matters; I'm a luthier, I work in a wood shop, basically. I used to dress similar to this, but rarely do these days because it doesn't fit my environment . Working a retail gig and dressing up like this would be similarly fucking weird. Another common mistake is buying stuff like this, but it doesn't fit you, the sleeves are too short, the pants are too tight, or too baggy, maybe, etc. If you look like you're wearing a costume, you're fucking up.
