It’s not true that only custom blazers can fit well. Go to a menswear store, tell them you want to shop for a new blazer and need your measurements, try one on and get it tailored. It won’t fit quite as well as a custom one, but it will be pretty damn good.

just go to goodwill and try some jackets off the rack. probably none will be perfect but you will find one close enough and either just deal with it or get the sleeves tailored to your pleasing etc
