You have a skall that gives you a foundational "expression" for lack of better words. It's the expression that is always there and which makes you recognizable from those around you. You can't really alter that, and that is what really, really matters with respect to what makes a face attractive.

Yeah, surgery should be used for medical issues or severe deformities like the chin thing you mentioned. Mouth breathers don't breathe from their mouths because they prefer it. They do it because something is wrong with their airways. But if it goes on for too long without being fixed, that's something that you would need surgery for. I can't even tell what's wrong with the dude in the OP pic. He looks the same except his eyes look a little droopier now but that could just be lighting.

the problem is people like this retard get random bullshit like eyelid surgery done by meme surgeons, celebrity surgeons, and surgeons with tons of bad online reviews.
Like there's nothing wrong with getting a nosejob if you have an ugly nose, or hair implants if you have a bad hairline, or jaw surgery like the koreans if your jaw is too wide. But as soon as you start getting into the hyperspecific niche stuff you're taking a lot of risk for minimal benefit.
