Is there a way to 'plane' leather?Got my jacket wet, and it's not flat like it used to be. If it was cotton I could iron it but it's not so any ideas?
>>18560817You don't plane leather. Just wear it for a while and it will go back to normal.
>>18560825This was weeks ago, it's dried already and still not gone back to normal
>>18560835>drieddid you wash it?
>>18560888I got caught in the pouring rain on my motorcycle
>>18560817Just wear it dumbass it will lose the stiffness and drape normally again
you can wipe some oil on it that can help. a lot of motorcycle jackets cannot in the rain sorry to tell ya
>>18561358I hope you right
>>18561521Do you want him to ruin his jacket? Don't use oil op, buy conditioner
>>18560835Weeks ago? It's probably already too late
>>18560817Leather is not supposes to be flat. Condition it and wear it, it will form to your body over time.

You can iron leather, just make sure the heat is on the lowest setting and the leather is slightly wetDon't do this on suede
