I've decided I need to start taking care of my nails. But I don't know where to start! I've lived as a normal guy this whole time, so I just cut them when they get too long. How do I learn to take care of my nails? What is a cuticle and what do I do with it? What shapes can my nails be? What gear do I need? This isn't a trans thing, I just want to start taking care of my nails

After this I want to look into shaping my eyebrows, and that seems like it'll be painful, so I guess this quest for better grooming will just require doing gross and painful things. And I'll check youtube for tutorials on shaping to my desired shape
