I have very beefy calves and hate them because they ruin the way my aesthetics look

That looks absolutely disgusting. Beyond a point it goes into freakishly ugly territory. Your goal should be to look aesthetic, not a roided ogre.

And if you hate your calves then start skipping leg days until your legs go back to normal human proportions.

Be thankful relaxed pants are easy to find now. Having big calves was just awful in the skinny jeans and athleisure eras
