Is my hair damaged? This is it completely unstyled, nothing done to it. Never seen any hairs break or split ends but sometimes it just looks lifeless.

>>18572311probably not. Assuming your hair is coarse and the shaft diameters are thick, that already makes it less likely than if you had fine hair. But more significantly, your hair is short, which means the ends are 'younger't. very long (20"+) curly hair. And even I have very few split ends even though I haven't had so much as a trim in over a year.
