i can't imagine that all this people are lying and getting cosmetic surgeries in secret.
but how the fuck do you change the bone structure of your jaw?
i do mewing for 1-2 years now and it doesn't do much desu.

Mewing works but works mainly for young people over the course of many years. If you’re older and you want maxilla gains you pretty much have to use MSE/MARPE appliances and there are a lot of downsides to those. As for the lower jaw, you can get surgery to expand it but that’s it for the most part. Muscle training for the neck and jaw and jaw posture can go a long way though. Looksmaxxers train their neck and use mastic gum. Another big part of your face is your nose, and again, the main way to change your nose is with mewing or surgery. So if you’re going, you can mew and train and that will produce small but noticeable changes over many years as you grow into adulthood. For mature adulthoods, you have training and surgery.

Some other looksmaxxing tips: fin and min for hair loss, min and an eyebrow serum for thin eyebrows, min for patchy beard, tretinoin for wrinkles and anti-aging, contacts over glasses (usually not always), lumify for whiter eyes, any teeth whitener for whiter teeth. I haven’t quite figured out anything for lips yet besides brushing them and using tinted chapstick. Hairstyling and grooming eyebrows and beard obviously matters. I’ve also tried using dermapen and dermaplane but I’m not sure if they’re helpful.
