which ivy is the most /effay/ and auramaxxxed?
Cornell and Dartmouth are so bottom tier. They are the easiest Ivies to go into. I remember in high school, I just roll my eyes when someone got into Cornell.
Dartmouth
bongs and burgers are so cringe
>>18574607Tier 1:HYPTier 2:Penn (Wharton), ColumbiaTier 3:BrownTier 4:Cornell, Dartmouth

the only ones i really care about are harvard and MIT, the others are "nice" but anyone can get in with a big enough sob story essay and good SAT or ACT scores. Beyond an undergraduate level in STEM, almost all schools will give you the same education within the US, except for maybe some community colleges giving worse stuff. At our office I actually coordinate special seminar lunches where we invite presenters/authors of recent work (within economics, or stats work relevant to our economists), and honestly we have noticed higher quality work/presentations from other schools than the ivy league schools. Our economists and market specialists regularly publish or write working papers, and actively ask questions and posit alternative scenarios to presentors. There is definitely a "coasting on name" element from the ivy leagues, as some presenters just arent used to having their work being questioned or lightly criticized.i have an extreme hate for cornell because i had a roommate from cornell whose entire personality was just "i went to cornell", he literally got all these cornell themed pictures around the house and even got a book of like cornell christmas chants that he autistically called me and the other housemate down for him to sing to us. he also owns a red mazda miata (that he tries to "take us out in" as a favor when we do shit for him like re-stock TP and other household shit) and printed out a picture of it that said "red miata parking only" on the door to his room.
>>18575628idk if you want to hang out with rich people then go to ivy, but ivys are probably full of chinks and jeets tho
>>18575628i saw some soiboy or lesbian dyke (?) wearing a cornell glee club cap, shit looks dorky
>>18574607why the fuck yale talmud

>>18575628>yeah the top schools are all easy to get into and not worth the time/money spent aaaanyway!somehow whenever an opinion like this is spoken, it's usually a person with no higher education or a shitty noname diploma talkingdidnt read the post btw (you) me if i missed something
>>18575971Trump got rid of DEI though
>>18576126Any conversation about good schools ALWAYS devolves into people that either 1) didn't get accepted and therefore are just spouting made up shit or 2) someone that never went to school in the first place and are spouting made up shit As someone that went to an Ivy for my masters and learning about my classmates backgrounds, most were super high GPA people that did extra curriculars and stuff. You definitely needed to be at a certain level to get in. Now granted this was for grad school And this hilarious idea that it's all "legacy" admits because your parents went is ridiculous. I don't know a single person like that and never met one
>>18576217>I don't know a single person like that and never met onerespectfully it probably means you didnt grow up in a well-off enough area but swung above your expected standard trajectory so props to youless respectfully this post reeks of seeking validation
>>18576217>And this hilarious idea that it's all "legacy" admits because your parents went is ridiculousYeah, it's ridiculous. Ivy league schools aren't just about having rich parents. Sometimes it's about meeting the minority admissions quota.
> they’re trust fund kids> no they’re smart people > no they’re DEIIt doesn’t matter you fags. They’re all gay as fuck now. Ivies are fucking gay. You know what’s not gay? Going to a football game, being a Chad, having fun. Like if you’re a nerd then go to Michigan or Notre Dame or something. The Ivies are genuinely fucking gay.
>>18577412Agreed sir. People are just mad because white women are desperate to go to Ivies to meet an attractive and successful Indian man sir.
UPeenWe produced Trump, Musk, and have plenty of women that meet Epstein's tastes ;)
>>18577451Wharton isn’t that great
>>18574607Dartmouth. Green is based. If you don't want to join Kappa Kappa Kappa, you don't have 4chan in your heart.
>>18574607Whichever has the highest legacy admission rate. There is nothing more effay than nepotism
>>18577451>>18577466Wharton students are the most insufferable kids you’ll ever meet. By the way, every Philly school has a massive inferiority complex about Penn State. I’m not really sure why, but I think it’s because Penn State students can actually be cool and have fun while Philly students are either trash or faggy nerds. If you so much as mention Penn State they start seething and coping.
>>18577737Harvard, Penn, and Princeton. In the cases of Harvard and Penn I think it just has more to do with the children of their alumni wanting to go there than the school preferring children of alumni. Princeton definitely prefers children of alumni though. Princeton is the most like some old English gentry club of all the Ivies even though that’s a very small sentiment at all of them now. Honest to God, the Ivies are just shitty and gay now. Your life will be a million times better if you go to a Michigan or a Notre Dame or even a Villanova or Ohio State. They’re just not what they used to be and what they used to be was kind of gay t. Ivy grad, academic, do higher ed consulting, brother went to Penn State and makes more money than me
>>18577451UPenn has some of the hottest women among Ivies.
