>buys $400 sweater from H&M
>doesn't even fit properly
Do some people just enjoy getting scammed or what?
>>
>>18592044
$400 isn't even an outrageous price depending on the quality of the cashmere used. As for the fit, looks like it's deliberately a boxy oversized fit which is a style.
>>
COS selling anything for 400 dollars is just insane, the whole brand sucks ass by the way, out of all H&M brands Arket is the only one that isn't horendous (but it's still not great for the money)
>>
i bought picrel for 39.99
100% cotton, fits great
>>
looks comfy

fitted clothing makes you look like an out of touch millenial sausage
>>
>>18592105
>quality of the cashmere
>COS
Yeah I'm thinking no.
>>
>>18592146
>out of touch
oh no the zoomer board of judgement will come down on me, I need their approval
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA HAHAHAHAHAHAH
>>
>>18592151
Why not? I mean they probably didn't but there's nothing to say they couldn't.
>>
I didn't think H&M sold anything more expensive than $49.99. It's pretty much a poor people's store.
>>
>>18592224

if I had 400 to spend on an item of clothing I'm not going to H+M, Zara, etc just out of principle
>>
>>18592210
yeah its zoomer board, millenials shall be posting on Facebook now

Zoomers do not know how to use web 2.0
>>
>>18592044
Is this actually a male? Usually I'm really good at spotting trannies, but this one is throwing me. He's got FTM face.
>>18592140
Looks good, anon. No shame in spending $400 for a piece of clothing if you can afford it, though.
>>
>>18592044
That's the consequence of being retarded or being born in the wrong country.
>>
>>18592044
What's the difference between H&M and their other sub-brands? Is there even a difference, or is just a way to upsale the same shit to gullible zoomers?
>>
>this balding at 20-something freak has a child
What's your excuse?
>>
>>18594781
He looks like 1/4th asian
>>

qrd, what is this brand? never heard of it before. i know clothes are all made in india/bangladesh anyway but for some reason buying from a literally indian brand seems like a bad move
>>
>>18592211
COS is a fast fashion brand in disguise that has huge margins on everything
For 400$, you could buy an actually nice cashmere or merino sweater from a legacy brand that's made in a country like Scotland, not in China from the cheapest chinkiest cashmere they could possibly get
>>
>>18592044
i hate when garments have useless features that make the wearer look like they don't even understand why they exist to begin with. the ribbing serves no function. your brain subconsciously knows this and it's why the loose hem of this sweater looks off.

>>18592224
i've paid about $400 for an h&m designer collab piece and didn't feel ripped off. but it was leather, and probably had less margins than the stuff today because it was one of their first collabs back when they could gain from disrupting the market.
can't imagine paying $300 for cashmere from anywhere from just an online product photo from any brand. you have to be able to handle cashmere in person to know if its high end or not, it all looks the same. a good way to tell is look at the shoulder straight-on when worn and see how much fuzz there is.

>>18594775
every publicly traded brand is the same slop. you'll never get quality or your money's worth from any of them. 20x profit margin between material+labor -> final cost is the industry standard btw. the price breakdowns on shift fashion group are accurate.
>>
>>18595092
you're pretty much buying a $50 sweater then paying $350 for the trendy boxy fit.
you could buy a grandpa fit knit and everything you need to block it into that shape (bonus: and maintain this shape forever) for half the price.
