while millennial's are defined by "peter pan" syndrome, clinging to childish aesthetics as they enter their 40s,

generation zoomer is reject the "millennial manchild" look. they give off a more professional vibe. they are respected, grown, men.

until they start talking
>>

Millennials wore these like 20 years ago.

Too bad they'll never move out of mom's apartment (dad went out for milk and never came back). Cute costume though.

The Virgin "moving out of your mom's apartment" versus the Chad "forcing your mom to move out of her apartment and claiming it for yourself".
>>
>>18602401
Tips for convincing myself quarter zips are respectable?
>>
friendly reminder to filter the word "zoomer" so you don't have to keep seeing rabbi's zoomers vs millennial spam threads
rabbi won't be happy about it though
>>
>>18602516
This. I'm 38 and wore those when I was in high school and college.
>>
I'm glad to see other people are becoming aware of the trooned out wog problem
>>
>>18602516
Yep. Quarter zips have been around since the 90s. Noting zoomers are doing right now is original. It's all 90s and 2000s revival.

instead of recycling the same 1940s-1990s fashion, let's go all the way back to the 18th century. where can one find some culottes?
>>
>>18602401
fucking hate wearing that shit, zipper always scrapes my neck or is stuck on my collar and gives me a cold shock
just seeing that guy on the left with the bare neck gives me the ick

Started wearing quarter zips in business school. Practically the same as a hoodie but less slovenly
>>
quarterzips have always looked like shit
fucking fence sitters go full zip or no zip
>>
"old money" and quarter zips
zoomers discovered business casual and think they inventer a new style huh
>>
>>18603566
yup just like it did 20 years ago with millennials
>>
>>18602401
I wear these to work lol. I don't understand why you'd want to dress like that outside of a business setting

There are sportswear quarterzips that are far more common. Underarmor has the market cornered for normal people.
>>
>>18602401
Don't you look suave in your $45 Zara quarter zip
>>
>>18603379
Ziggers think they invented the quarter zip kek. They have never had an original idea, every trend is lifting from millennial youth
>>
>>18602401
It's funny how hiveminded women are. Especially Gen Z women.

I'm 35 and own a few quarter zips already - read about the current meme - stepped outside with one on, and women who would normally never give me time of day were smiling at me, starting up conversations, flirting, etc.

Same thing happened when I ditched skinny jeans for wide fit in late 2023.

I've learned that you just have to follow their basic rules, but reject complete uniformity (ie. just don't get the same basic mall-core version of whatever is popular).
>>
Imagine discovering quarter zips at 24 and thinking that makes you mature lmao. For everyone before zoomers this was just normal clothing they had since they were kids.
>>
>>18603599
Here's the question. What's going to be the Gen Z
>muh lady *tips fedora*
thing?
Because you know it's coming.
>>
>>18602401
Get the fuck out with your quarter zip that is embarrassing.
>>
>>18604815
Sir it is already the old money
>>
>>18604741
100% this had the same deal with skinny jeans moving over to baggy ones. Switched from a brad pitt bullet train hair to long curtains then a wolfcut. Next semester had a girl who hated talking to me and never flirted with me turn her head like 4-5 times as she passed by me next semester.

They're herd animals
>>

switching to wide fit in 2023 is herd animal behavior

Quarter zips are how you know you've made it in life.
>>
These things are nothing new. Late 80s early 90s. Gen X wore them and then some of us millennials wore them too.
>>
>>18602401
I will wear my hoodies-jeans-sneakers and look cool forever. A broccoli head with a quarter zip looks like he plays dress up.
>>
>>18602401
??? who do you think wore quarter zips before

Millenials and boomers.

Fuck off zoomer.

I am 35 and own several.

kys.
>>
>>18602401

Cant wait until Im told Im larping some zoomer fit when I wear pleated pants. f off
>>
That's cool but I'm gonna keep wearing old worn out straight cut jeans I've had since 2005 and tank-tops
