Which version of the XXHIs is better and sturdier?I've tried looking for info but the evidence is conflicting, some people say the new ones feel sturdier, some people say the materials feel cheaper and flimsier and are probably using synthetics, yet the new ones seem to be more comfortable and breathable due to comfort upgrades. And about the buckles... are the new ones worth looking for? Are they comfortable or does the lower buckle get in the way of mobility? Are the buckles resistant? Do they make the shoe sturdier or give it more weak points? What about the old ones? Does the increased number of buckles make them less comfortable? How easily do they break?
>>18609554apparently the zipper breaks first
>>18609580They say inserting a bottom stop prevents the zipper from randomly opening up under pressure
>>18609554I own a few pairs of the original XXHi that I bought a few years ago now. For the longest time I wanted them to bring knee highs back but honestly I wish they didn't, the new ones look like shit (White stitching, black and white logo). I don't know how they feel, but the originals are comfortable and look way better.
