What’s changing is personal style. In the 90s and 2000’s most people didn’t care about what they wore as long as they would fit it with whatever group they belonged too. Whatever was pushed in magazines and on mtv was the style. Most normies still do this, but more and more people are discovering personal style and trying new things because social media brought out so many more options and inspiration.
