How old are you? I'm only 26 and I see like 5-10 white hairs at any one time (don't pluck them out)

34. They only grow in the crown area so I think it might have more to do with the hot water under the shower than natural aging. Regardless, I've been plucking them out now since about 2022. I think it also has to do with my bad diet and smoking. If I eat healthy and don't smoke, I don't get as many.
