When you wear any pants, whether they're high, mid or low rise, the crotch of the pants should be at your actual crotch, not sagging near the middle of your thighs. And don't wear overly tight pants like a faggot.

Stop wearing slim fit jeans. Wear straight leg jeans especially if you have bigger than average thighs. That will reduce the friction and stress in the crotch region. And wash your jeans regularly. Too much dirt and grime, especially in areas that sweat a lot (like the crotch), will damage the fibers and deteriorate them early.
