I love these H&M cargos. They are 98% cotton but the fabric is nice and thick and drapes rigidly and the cut is perfect, classic straight baggy slightly tapered, thick fabric. So I want similar thick fabric cargos under $100 from another brand - which one has these?

the rothco BDU pants fabric is too thin, i've had a couple of these over the years but i prefer a thicker fabric
