We have house and room threads so, what's the best spray/candle for a room? I'm sick of using fucking Frebreeze.

don't burn candles indoors unless you enjoy lung cancer.

What about these scent sticks that come in a bottle? Those seemed pretty convenient to me, but I never really used them myself. How long do they last?

alternatively, just put some tangerine peels on the heater and enjoy a great smelling house

“Wood” reed diffuser from Daiso. Smells like a Japanese temple

Candles are the only acceptable answer.

Maison margiela has some good candles. My ex always used to buy them. Is it wasteful to spend 70$ on a candle? Probably. Are there better cheap options available? Almost definitely, but idk what they are for sure. Maybe go to a decent department store and see what they have, smell some, find one you like, then if it works good in your home buy it online next time.

I have this beauty in my personal bathroom at home. Its aroma fills the entire bathroom.

I bought it in a boutique at the Jersey Shore, so I’m not sure if it can be bought online, but I’d look it up & see if you can. I highly recommend it if it’s possible to be purchased online. I’m not kidding when I say the entire room smells of vanilla and oak.

Open windows, fresh air is neutral and pleasant to people visiting.

I like those Whiskey & Leather candles. I like lemon too. I always have one going. I often just get the $4 3-wick ones from Walmart. They burn like 42 hours straight.
I also burn a lot of incense. Otherwise my house would just smell like weed and cooking.

I remember reading one of those "Hints from Heloise" which was toast a piece of bread in the oven when guests come by and it will smell like you're baking bread.
I never tried it. There was another one like that but just vanilla extract. I find making a pot of coffee livens up the home too, and you have something to offer guests.

I've knocked them over and spilled the oil. I'd rather not go with the sticks. I like burning sticks.
