What on earth is the point of wearing suspenders and a waistcoat other than to hold your pants up? The waistcoat would cover the suspenders.

Any good men's tailor will make you suit trousers with suspender fixes like that, and if you don't know where to find one of those then you have no business wearing those kind of clothes.

Good luck trying to find that outside of bespoke or limited run historical-based clothing items. Best most places can do is the extension pieces seen here and a dinner split on the waistband.
