What causes girls to look so old at 22yo?

If she showed up in a high school or college, the students would think she's one of the professors or staff. When younger women wear heavy makeup, they just look like middle aged women trying to look young. But women are too stupid to realize that. Older women wear makeup to simulate the look and quality of teenage girls' skin and complexion. But dumb teenage and 20 something women wear makeup because they think that will make them look "hot" and "mature", and end up destroying and aging their skin by more than a decade.
