Anyone know how to remove the squelching noise from trainers or running shoes? Training/running shoes are so expensive nowadays yet they end up wearing out to quickly. Buying from nike is the worst. The shoes only last 18 months and then the shoe either has a whole in it, the shoe is falling apart or its either it's constantly making a squelching noise. The air max air pocket also bursts in less than 2 years.
