>>18624797Loopwheeler/thread
>>18624806Why are loopwheel shirt so expensive it's like a hundred box each
best if you don't wanna spend $200
>>18624806more like poopwheeler LOL
>>18624857Is Canada the black tshirt capitol of the world? I bought Naked and Famous and it's also made in Canada
Uniqlo U are the best bang for your buck as long as you’re not fat or have a long torso.
>>18624797buck mason toughknitwhitesville
>>18624910This
>>18624910There are a couple Uniqlo U t-shirts. Do you mean the 100% cotton crew neck? Because that one's pretty good, feels durable. Not sure about the AIRism t-shirt, though.
here you go
>>18624797goodfellows
fuck you and your baggy t-shirts
>>18625020Just plain black please
>>18625044Hi Igor, did you find a place to find your boots yet. I'm looking for plain black tshirt
not a huge fan of uniqlo, their 100% cotton tees are really stiff and the sleeves are too long (and i'm 6'2"). their non-100% cotton stuff feels way too synthetic. surprisingly i found a really nice black t-shirt in GU that fits great - slightly oversize - but it's heavy and good quality, it has ribbing on the collar and along the sides though so if you're looking for a 100% plain solid black tshirt it might not be to your tastemossimo slim fit V neckss are the GOAT tee and it's a shame they're basically impossible to find anymore. never bought one in black though sadly
https://www.instagram.com/reel/DHg1kz2PY8P/?igsh=MTU0ZDJocXRnYWhmYg==I might buy this
>>18624797Goodfellow lol
brother you can get hella black t-shirts at walmart for like five bucks a pop
>>18625235I said ultimate. I plan to wear this shirt forever
>>18625258be realistic, guy
>>18625261I have shirts from decades ago
Uniqlo supima is probably the best value, just don't get white it's too transparent
>>18625168Resin soaks need to be disclosed by law. They should have to twll you when 100% cotton is soaked in petrochemicals
>>18625235Bottom-tier clothing for 5 bucks a pop! What a steal!
What's the deal with plain t shirtsI buy cheap ass 2 for £15 from basic shops in the UK and although they feel great at the first wear, the next time or after a wash they've lost mass and shrunk up. At this point they're nearly unwearable. Then I see some movie character wearing a plain t shirt and it looks fantastic on him. What's the difference? Are the more expensive ones more durable and designed to look better? I thought they were all just mass produced on a factory line somewhere with pretty much the same materials.
>>18625496Quality
>>18625496>Are the more expensive ones more durable and designed to look better?Well yeah, that's why they cost more
>>18624857I was about to suggest House of Blanks. I recently got 2 plain white T-shirts, one from Buck Mason and one from House of Blanks. I honestly expected the Buck Mason to be better, but I really like the fit of House of Blanks more. Buck Mason has more of a fitted style, and House of Blanks has a bit more of a looser drape which is honestly what I usually want in a T-Shirt. Plus the feel of the fabric for House of Blanks is softer.
>>18625750>House of Blanks has a bit more of a looser drape which is honestly what I usually want in a T-Shirt.Same here. If I wanted a tight fit I would put on anything besides a tshirt.
>>18624797Lady White Co. Our T-Shirt
>>18625793Came here to post this. Fits me perfectly and shrink on first wash wasn't noticeable.

I have 5 Uniqlo airism shirts that I wear to the gym and around town on days I don't know feel like wasting a fit on the grocery store. they get the job done, and they're dirt cheap.
>>18625824>100% synthetic
merz b. schwanen.
my favorite are John Gluckow tee's
>>18625847the tag on mine reads 61% cotton your fucking sperg. maybe it's the American version cheaps out.
i buy black gildan shirts from hobby lobby
>>18625955>61% cottonWhy not 100
>>18626055not that anon, but I think a cotton/synthetic blend for T-shirts can be good for work-out because adding the synthetic material helps the fabric let moisture evaporate faster than pure cotton which tends to really hold onto moisture.
>>18625850This is the answer.
>>18626055as the other anon pointed out already, the blend makes it not smell even after sweating in the gym, which is where I said I used them. plus the synthetic materials prevent it from wrinkling, preventing maintenance beyond washing, which is why I said I wear them on low effort days. materials in your clothing aren't as simple as 100% cotton good, everything else bad. there's nuance, and reason to use both.
>>18624797$7https://www.gostwear.com/gildan-ultra-cotton-adult-shirt-p-244.html
>>18626084Does Darn Tough socks make tshirts? I have their socks and my feet stay nice and dry all day.
Canadian here, I get Gilden black shirts at Michael's. They're $10, can be cheaper with coupons and are 100% cotton. they have like 20 colours, so whenever I need a specific colour for work or a party or whatever they've got me covered.
>>18626237I fucking wish they would. Uniqlo is good as an anon said before ITT. I've worn an airtism shirt for 5 days straight in the Philippines without smelling.
idk why people rate uniqlo tshirts so high when they are stiff as fuck
>>18626367>PhilippinesYou know what's up
>>18624797Those merino ones they sell at Huckberry are great
>>18626380>memerino
>>18625407No one is gonna notice your slightly-better-looking black tshirt that you spend $112 dollars on, or be impressed by it
>>18626399I've been complimented on my 300 dollar jeans before.
>>18624797If it's more than $10 I don't want it. T-shirts aren't worth more than that to me. They're always worn under something else. I consider black tees to be underwear really.
>>18626506name of that jeans
>>18626399People have noticed my $130 John Varvatos t-shirt and did seem to be impressed by it. I guess you lose this one. Back to Temu, dud.
>>18626532Rogue Territory Strider Indigo River Wash Denim
>>18624831Two reasons; They are incredibly slow relative to modern machines, and the fabric is made on relatively old machines that are going extinct. When parts of the machine break, they have to either perform a makeshift fix or get it specially repaired or a new thing part custom made entirely. Obviously, this is a slow, expensive and tedious process so only a handful of repro autists in Japan can be bothered. And thank god they can.>>18624910Muji or T by Alexander Wang are better in terms of price:performance ratio.>>18626371You can't apply a blanket view on all Uniqlo tshirts. Old supima ones were perfectly soft and light without being excessively breezy or thin, while in my experience U tshirts are indeed stiff and higher weight.
>>18626607Why do I get a strange suspicion you're Korean. Your mannerisms and way you text.
>>18626616I don't know, I'm from New Zealand.
Are any of these suitable cuts for a more muscular build?I bought a bunch of Rag and Bone Flame T-shirts all black and white. They typically last around a year or two before they get ruined. Really like the texture of them though, just wish they last longer, about $80 each.
>>18627032Maybe it's the way you wash
>>18624806OP here, I would like to thank you for the recommendation. I got a really good price on Mercari for it
>>18627032Ah a fellow rapidly ageing millenial I see... I recommend vintage American apparel deep v's, that's more your speed unc
>>18628678Just because he went to thailand and fucked ladyboys doesn't mean he needs a deep v you biggot
>>18628678>deep v'sMost women do not like the plunging V-cut T-shirt on men. They much more prefer the crew neck. Women do like a V-neck layer on top of a Crew-Neck T-shirt though, think like a V-neck Cable knit sweater or something.
uniqlo had them about 10 years ago. i bought every color and still wear all of them
>>18628893Completely incorrect. You want a slouchy beanie, the deepest v neck you can find and a cardigan.
>>18628909Don't forget the Matcha Tea, Labubu accessory, and conspicuously held book of Feminist Literature.
>>18628893The point of the deep v is to show your pec cleavage and have an arrow pointing toward your dick
>>18628956You're mixing up stereotypes temporally
>>18629045This, the deep v was for the artbro fuccboi who was seeking tumblr pussy
The carharrt double knees with the American apparel deep v though... Don't mind if I do...
>>18626392>memeslub>memewheeled>memeublar knit
>>18625402Care to elaborate? I've asked uniqlo if some of their 100% cotton shit had been coated/soaked after seeing an Iron Sneed vid, they told me none of their sweats were coated in any kind of way
/thread
>>18629223Anything that says "non iron" is resin rinsed, a lot of 100% cotton stuff with a sheen is resin rinsed. Luxury touch polos from banana republic for example are resin rinsed. Knits that are advertised to not pill are resin rinsed and feel fucking weird.
.
>>18629049>carharrtWhy do out of touch boomers love this brand?
>>18625793hows the fit? boxy or fitted?
>>18633148Boxy
>>18624797
>>18625015Yes. Airism fabric feels weird to me.
No one said Kirkland yetLmao just lmao
>>18633205Kirkland sells $4 white tees that are okay, you mongoloid
>>18633220Black too
>>18630347Chris-chan-core shirt
>>18633205ya can't believe how tryhard the majority of these replies are, wish they still did greymost of yall too crusty style-wise to be autismo-ing on fucking tees
>>18633484Perhaps because it's a fashion board and op is asking for the "ultimate" black t-shirt
>>18633724this isnt a fashion board, it's better renamed /clo/, people just talk about clothescase in point this thread, go ahead and tell me how """fashion""" a black tee is
>>18633726Fashion is gay I just want to talk about heritage/quality clothes, technical outdoor clothes, and watches.
>>18625809why do this in short sleeve?
>>18631660In my state you either buy your clothes at GayC Penny's or Fleet Farm. Basically you can either pick closeted-gay-youth-pastor or workwear
Kohls tees
>>18630347>big-boned and broad shouldered>is just fatevery timeBut what's a good brand for muscular guys who's waist is small compared to their chest/shoulders - say 10" difference? I'm tired of wearing oversized to fit my shoulders only for it to be like a tent below my chest
Naked and Famous makes loopwheel tees, they call it circular knit which is the same shit. dstld has these really nice sueded tees. Everlane also makes like higher quality uniqlo stuff and they generally fit better in my experience. If you're not into cheap basic bitch stuff, yohji has really good soft jersey and french terry tees.
>>18634159i dont disagree and they should rebrand this board
>>18634187Flat Head has a long onehttps://www.flat-head.com/fn-htkl-001/
>>18634187It's a t-shirt brah. If you want a long sleeve make your own thread.
xd jk most shirt specialist also make other clothes
>>18634211I bought and worn the naked and famous ones, they are good. Now I'm waiting on the loopwheeler
>>18624797that would be the kirkland pima cotton t shirt made in peru
>>18634206Buy a sewing machine and add darts.
I've always liked the American Giant t-shirts.
>>18634195>In my state Excuses. I hear that shit from the most clueless shut-ins
>>18634242It's not they, I am clearly a man.
>>18635211>esl comprehensionit's ok
>>18635277>Op is one person They is WOULD not work
>>18635281>unintentional further reinforcementgrim
>>18624857It's just fucking incredible that people will spend that much for a T-shirt.It's literally just a cotton shirt. Or it should be. That is not expensive and there is no justification for this shit, only a true retard would buy that. But fashion related stuff tends to be sold exclusively on brand value, by definition a rip off. But then on a T-shirt there isn't even any branding. It's retardcore.
>>18635361Tell me what you buy, and we'll rip you a new one like the cheapos here
Benito Mussolini.
>>18635373>Spending over 20$ for a cotton T-shirtMoney can't buy a functioning brain. Most people wasting money on fashion shit are poor anyways and finance with klarna or some shit. Nobody could even tell you spent that much, you would have to actually tell them at which point you look even more ridiculous.
>>18635391Keep crying hobo
