Anything over 19 oz is absolute meme denim. I make a special exception for IH’s 21 oz since it’s relatively soft and easy wearing for a heavy weight. Literally nothing beats the vintage 501 style jeans based off the 40s and 50s cuts. The denim is way more balanced and comfortable, and you actually get drape with a 13-15 oz denim which makes it more stylish.

For me it's the Uniqlo x JW Anderson straight jeans.

Should I worry about this kind of weird fit in the butt? Not my image, but I tried on these jeans (Japan blue j501) and no matter how much I size down, it always fits like this, if not a bit more filled out towards the bottom cause I actually have ass unlike this guy in this image. Also I don't think anyone sane likes the look of raw denim, the entire point of raw denim is that you're just working from the optimal starting point to get good fades.
