>>18631159>>18631190I find that it's easiest to simply swear off goyslop. No ultra processed foods, no refined sugar, no goybean oils, minimal grains. You can't really get fat eating just meat, vegetables, and fruit, it's exceedingly difficult.

I would personally give myself a limit on the number I would have at the end of the day. so say you planed on a pint or two with dinner. that's easily 150 calories each, so make sure you cut your calories during the day by the same amount to even things out. people that eat their calorie requirements, will screw up having 300-900+ calories drinking on top of their 2000 calorie diet. I really think this is why people gain weight with drinking. once your taking into consideration the calories you taking in, you can make better decisions. say you underestimated you'd drink 2 pints, but ended up have 4-5, then you need to deduct the surplus in calories from your calories the following day.
