how old do I need to be to start wearing suspenders with my jeans and tshirts? I am tired of fucking around with my belt all day at work but they already say I'm an old man in a young man's body. I won't dye my hair, I'm waiting for it to go grayer than it already is so I can wear suspenders sooner.

Suspenders always look so goddamn try hard outside of a early 2010's stomp clap wedding.
>>
>>18631788
Well I'm not wearing any sort of dress clothing, I work on a factory floor.
>>
>>18631789
As workwear, it isnt cringe since its utilitarian. I thought you were trying to make them fashionable, cause they arent.
>>
>>18631791
I just don't want to get made fun of for dressing like an old man. I figure if I am an old man, that won't happen.
>>
>>18631792
If anyone makes fun of you just tell them you had to switch over to accommodate your big cock.

suspenders are underwear
>>
>>18631791
no, its cringe. wearing suspenders instead of a belt at work is mondo cringe.

stop trying so hard to be an old man
>>

Suspenders are based if you know how to style them correctly.
>>

Just do it. I got pissed off with belts never sitting right and made the switch a while back. If you're self conscious about them wear something like a chambray or heavy cloth work shirt and then a light chore coat over the suspenders. You can also get suspenders that hide under your T-shirt if you never want to tuck it.

Just get something good like Hold-ups brand as it generally stays on well. I use the dual clips over the single ones, but if I could find jeans with the buttons I would rather use those than clip ons.

Just wear your suspenders man
>>
>>18631771
They are more comfortable to wear than belt, but slightly more of a bitch to put on. I like them
>>
>>18631771
Just stop being a whiny sissy and wear the damn belt. No one will care either way, you're not that important.
>>

You can pull it off OP
picrel is a skatepunk concert in the 1990s. The singer's clothes would fit the current trends

You are retarded, enjoy your broken bitch back
>>

Suspenders are great. Much more comfy than a belt.
>>
>>18631771
You should be asking how high your trousers should be first
Also opt for sewing in buttons instead of clip ons so they don't ping off or crease your trousers.

Suspenders are great specifically with a belt. Holds up way better with 20lbs of shit hanging off your belt.

Also if you want loops, key workwear makes dungarees with suspender buttons.

What type of work do you do? If you work in a white collar/professional field you can start wearing suspenders now. No need to wait for middle age.
>>18631798
That's a very old rule that no-one outside of the upper class follows.
