Open-palm gloves exist, but they're mainly for snow/water sports in mind (hockey, kayaking, snowboarding, etc) wherein the end user wants maximum tactile feedback without losing the feel in their fingers from the cold so they're usually made from neoprene.

If fingerless isn't a deal breaker, I believe some orthotic open-palm gloves exist.
