Why don't all cotton tshirts feel the same? I have tshirts from alexander wang that are 100% cotton from years and they're so soft and nice. Then I got into LA apparel that also have 100% cotton tshirts but they're so thick and feel rough, now I just bought a couple fruit of loom tshirts that are 100% and they feel like the alexander wang's tshirts, really soft and nice. Shouldn't all cotton tshirts feel the same?

Why on earth would all cotton be equivalent? Where do you even get a stupid idea like this from? There's probably thousands of researchers and traders worldwide that differentiate it by numerous metrics. Good -> expensive, trash -> cheap. And that's before any processing is even done to it.

Water tastes different from every faucet and drinking fountain and its literally just water.
